Maurycy specialises in mergers and acquisitions and company law. He advises Polish and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions involving the sale of shares and businesses, as well as on the reorganisation of corporate groups.
He advises on M&A transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers. He is involved in all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, the closing of the transaction and post-transaction activities.
He has experience in advising on transactions involving companies in the IT, automotive and manufacturing sectors.
As part of his corporate practice, he advises commercial companies on company formation, reorganisations, day-to-day corporate affairs and the development of corporate governance.
He is the author of academic publications in the field of commercial law.
He is a trainee legal adviser at the Warsaw Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the Marcus Lutter School of German Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
Before joining the team at MFW Fiałek, he gained professional experience at one of Poland’s leading law firms.
